Can I Get A Full Refund?

Only Items reviewed not delivered by the US Postal Service qualify for a refund. Issues related to the neglegence of the Postal Service with no fault of the customer will qualify for re-delivery or full refund. Issue due to address and other miscelaneous faults of the customer will qualify for re-delivery or partial refund.

What Is Your Return Policy?

- Items may be returned in exchange for a different size or color. - Items must be unworn and unwashed. - Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. - Damaged Items qualify for an exchange - Items not delievered by the US Postal service will be reviewed for a partial to full refund. - Any returns must be made at your own cost. You must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your exchange or refund. - Contact customer service to begin process of return or exchange

What Do The Care Packages Consist Of?

The Care Package includes health and hygiene items including but not limited to; Deorderant, Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste, Soap, Socks, Toliet Paper, etc. We also provide garments like belts and gently worn pants & shoes.
